About the Little Laps 2018 Fundraiser
On Tuesday, June 5th, Mr. Nackley and the PTO will organize a walk-a-thon and obstacle course (new this year!) during Field Day at the Little School. Students will have the opportunity to walk laps with their classmates and run through the obstacle course for up to 30 minutes, depending on their grade. There will be music and lots of fun to motivate the students to safely finish as many laps as possible. Water, popsicles and prizes will be provided to all!
Unlike all of our other fundraising events, each student will raise funds by asking sponsors to donate a fixed amount for their “laps” around the field and through the obstacle course. The funds will be used for funding enrichment programs, field trips, and year-end activities. It is important for our students to continue to grow academically, culturally, socially and physically – the monies raised will provide the means to these essential educational goals.

We are hoping that each family can ask at least five people to sponsor your child(ren)’s walk!
- ONLINE: Send a link to friends and family asking them to donate in honor of your child(ren)'s participation in Little Laps 2018! Donate online now!
- VIA MAIL: Fill out the donation letters (download the instructions and donation appeal form) with your children, and:
- Mail or deliver them to family, friends, and neighbors on your own, or
- Send them back to the Little School PTO by May 14th and we'll mail them for you!
Win a Class Party or Red Sox Tickets!
As in years past, the class that raises the most money will receive a Slush and Extra Recess Party sponsored by the PTO the week of June 11th!
New this year, the family that raises the most money will win 4 tickets to the Red Sox game on August 22nd (thank you, Jeanette Murray and Corning, Inc.)!
