The second graders traveled back in time during their field trip to Drumlin Farm. The students learned how local Native American tribes used their natural surroundings to provide food, tools and clothing. The children even helped prepare a traditional bread made of corn flour, water, maple syrup, oil and cranberries while sitting around the campfire.
