Dear Little School Families,
I hope everyone is persevering through the rain and enjoying the gorgeous spring days in between! While the end of the school year is now on the horizon, the PTO still has a few more initiatives before the school year is finished.
Our Mother’s Day plant sale was a success! Thank you to Courtney Mello and Erin Soroko for coordinating with Larry at Wagon Wheel Nurseries to provide us with these gorgeous planters delivered right to school!
Our final volunteer opportunity is Field Day, scheduled for Tuesday, June 4th (rain date of June 11th). Mr. Nackley is working to create a fun and exciting day for all of our children. The nomination period for next year’s Board is currently OPEN. If you are considering joining the PTO in a leadership role – do it! You can nominate yourself, a friend or both. Please reach out to me if you are interested and I’ll be happy to share more information and answer questions. There is a lot of opportunity to help out in big and small ways, and we always welcome new members. Nominations are due by June 3rd.
