The Little School Digital Learning department is looking for old smartphones or iPod touches for an upcoming project. Grade 4 will be doing a Google Expedition of Machu Picchu and grade 2 will be exploring various landforms such as rainforests. The devices will allow students to experience virtual and augmented reality learning.
The phone or iPod touch must have a gyroscope. Most phones (iPhone and Android) since 2012 have one. An iPhone 5 or greater may be used and any iPod touches also have gyroscopes.
